CRJは現在札幌、福岡、東京、関西を含む全国4ヶ所を拠点に活動するカレッジチャートであり、学生中心で進められる音楽の情報発信は、他の音楽チャートとは違った視点から見た選曲であるのが特徴だ。また、各地のランキングの特色が顕著に現れるのも一つの魅力である。
今年の4月には、CRJ関西支部が発足。今後、活動拠点の拡大も検討中である。

『Swim』は、関西を中心に活動するトラックメイカーin the blue shirtとミツメのボーカルギター川辺素による共作シングルである。CRJ札幌の11月5日付チャートで1位となった。
普段の活動形態は異なれど、続けていくことを大事にし尊敬し合う2人が川辺からの誘いで制作した本楽曲。聴いたら彼だと分かるin the blue shirtの瑞々しいトラックに、言語化されずに沈んでいった気持ちを浮かび上がらせるような川辺の詞とメロディーがのっている。これからの季節の帰り道、雪が降りイルミネーションが輝く札幌の街中で一人考え事をしながら聴きたい。

【SAICO GIRL】
今週のピックアップは都内を中心に活動するSAICO GIRL（サイコガール）。2017年に結成されたのちVo.小林の透明感のある歌声と優しく儚い」詩世界を武器に精力的に活動している。
今年の夏には1stミニアルバム「背景、青に染まる」のリリースを目標にしたクラウドファウンディングを成功させるなど、今後の成長が強く期待されるバンドだ。
今回チャート１２位にランクインした『心を叫べ』は以前にもシングルリリースされ、今回のミニアルバムにも収録されている楽曲。どこか青い疾走感い溢れながらも不安や孤独を和らげるような優しい歌詞が印象に残る。
現在SAICO GIRLはメンバーが卒業し新しい形に変化している途中段階にある。彼らがさらなる進化を遂げ、次の音楽を届けてくれる日をミニアルバムを聞きながら心待ちにしていよう。

“Swim” is a single co-written by Mitsume’s vocal guitar, Moto Kawabe and a track maker in the blue shirt who are active mainly in the Kansai region. It has got the first place on the chart of CRJ Sapporo on November 5th.
Although the usual form of activity is different, this song was produced by an invitation from Kawabe who value and respect each other to continue something. Kawabe’s lyrics and melody that make you feel like you’re sinking without being verbalized are on the fresh track of in the blue shirt that you can tell when you listen to it. On the way back from the coming season, I want to listen this song while thinking alone in the city of Sapporo where it snows and the illuminations shine.

【SAICO GIRL】
This week’s pick is Tokyo-based SAICO GIRL, which was formed in 2017 and has been working energetically with Vo. Kobayashi’s transparent voice and gentle, ephemeral poetry world since then.
This summer they successfully completed a crowd-funding campaign to release their first mini-album “HAIKEI, AONISOMARU”, and their future growth is highly anticipated.
The song “KOKOROWOSAKEBE” The song is filled with a sense of blue pulse, but the gentle lyrics that seem to soften the anxiety and loneliness are memorable.
SAICO GIRL is currently in the middle stage of changing into a new form with graduation of a member. Let’s look forward to the day when they achieve further evolution and deliver the next music to us while listening to their mini album.
