CRJは現在札幌、福岡、東京、関西を含む全国4ヶ所を拠点に活動するカレッジチャートであり、学生中心で進められる音楽の情報発信は、他の音楽チャートとは違った視点から見た選曲であるのが特徴だ。また、各地のランキングの特色が顕著に現れるのも一つの魅力である。
今年の4月には、CRJ関西支部が発足。今後、活動拠点の拡大も検討中である。

2018年結成、四人組バンドCody・Lee(李)。
男女ダブルボーカルの心地よい歌声、幅広いメロディのバランスの良さに病みつきになる。何気ない毎日のやりとりや情景がリアルに浮かぶ歌詞にも魅了されていく。
4月29日に配信された『桜町』が6月4日付CRJ-SAPPOROチャートで8位に、またCRJ-TOKYO WEEK42チャートでは2位にランクインしている。この曲はVo.Gの高橋響の故郷、岩手県花巻市桜町を舞台に大切な人と過ごした時間に思いを馳せて展開され、少し切なく、懐かしい気持ちにさせる一曲だ。

BLiND OWL
BLiND OWLは2016年大分にて結成したエモーショナルラウドロックバンドだ。
彼らは2018年8月にEggs主催の「Born to 九州」にてグランプリを獲得、翌2019年にはオーディションを勝ち抜き「TENJIN ONTAQ 2019｣に出演した実力を持つ成長中のバンドである。
今回チャート6位にランクインしたLiarは18年にリリースされた1stEP”REASON”に収録されている楽曲で、クリーンとシャウトの対比が際立った、ラウドロック初心者にとっても聴きやすい曲となっている。
スペイン系ハーフの女性ボーカル、Junoの儚い歌声とシャウトパートの絶妙なバランス、低音に重心を置いたバンドサウンドやキャッチーなメロディーは新たなリスナーの興味を惹きつけ、着実にファンを増やしている。

Formed in 2018, a four piece band Cody・Lee.
The pleasant singing voices of a male vocal and a female vocal, and the good balance of their melody that ranges widely will get you hooked on their music. You will also be fascinated with their lyrics that remind you of everyday interactions and scenes. Released on the 29th of April, Sakura Machi ranked eighth in CRJ-SAPPORO CHART, and 2nd in CRJ-TOKYO WEEK 42 CHART. The song develops with the feelings that Vo.G Kyo Takahashi has about the time he spent with his beloved ones back in his hometown Sakura-Cho, Hanamaki-City, Iwate Prefecture. Having made beats for Kubota Kai, Sorane, Rinne and ICARUS and so on, Shun Marano finally released his own music source! Quite a few people were surprised by the singing voice of Shun Maruno, who were well known as a beat-maker. SUKISHA is a singer/ a beat maker from Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture.
To all people who have a loving heart for sound like SUKISHA. A solo project by Hiroyuki Ikezawa, whose music pursues unique and universal sound and targets the world. BLiNDOWL is a loud rock band formed in Oita, 2016.
They won the grand prix in August 2018 at “Born to Kyushu”, sponsored by Eggs, and in 2019 they won auditions and performed in “TENJINONTAQ 2019”.
Liar, which ranked sixth on the college chart this time, is a song in 1st EP “REASON” released in 2018.
This song has good contrast of clean vocal and shout, can be enjoyed by anyone even if they were beginner of loud rock.
