MERICANBARBARSHOPFUKが提供する新しい夜のカタチ。

MERICANBARBARSHOPFUKで初開催されたイベント［sh……..］をレポート。
今福岡で最も注目されているバンド yonawo のライブが行われたほか、彼らの楽曲にインスパイアされたフォトグラファー6名による、それぞれの視点や個々の感覚で切り取ったyonawoをこの夜限定で展示。

スタイリストにはソフトバンクホークスの鷹ガールキャンペーンや西日本シティ銀行のNCBクリエイティブコンテスト等でスタイリストとして注目が集まる山藤美樹を起用し、全く新しいyonawoを魅せた。


iTunesの最も注目すべき新人アーティストを紹介する「今週のNEW ARTIST」で取り上げられ、さらにオルタナティブジャンルのアルバム再生回数1位獲得という異例づくしの大注目・福岡バンドのyonawo。
MERICANBARBARSHOPのソファーを壁側に全て移動させ、360度見回す事が出来る中心の位置でライブを行い、店内は斬新で特別な空間に変貌を遂げていた。
ラフなスタイルで心地良いリズムを鳴らし、来場者を楽しませた。


音楽や展示作品に合わせるお酒を用意したMERICANBARBARSHOPは、霧島酒造協力のもと、茜霧島のオレンジ割りという全く新しい飲み方を提案。

そして今回のイベントのオリジナルフードであるナポリタンサンドは、メリケンのいつもの味を一風変わった形で楽しむ事ができた。


視覚、聴覚、味覚と空間を演出することで、来場者への新たな感覚を生み出すスペシャルな夜となった。

The brand new event [sh……..] was held at MERICANBARBARSHOPFUK during the Golden week.
The most spotlighted band in Fukuoka, “yonawo” played, and inspired by their music, 6 photographers captured yonawo from each own view and exhibited only for the night.

Miki Yamafuji, a stylist working with Softbank Hawks and NCB creative contest by The Nishi-Nippon City Bank, showed the very different version of yonawo.


The band has been featured in the playlist of “This week’s New Artist” on iTunes and gained No.1 streaming counts among Alternative albums.
They moved all the sofas in the shop and played in the centre, where they could see all around, and changed the space into the very original and special one.
Their relaxed rhythm enjoyed the audience well.


MERICANBARBARSHOP suggested the new style of drinking Shochu, “Akane-Kirishima” with orange juice, supported by Kirishima shuzo.
The original food only for this event, “Neapolitan sandwich”, was a great combination of the shop’s regular spaghetti and sandwich.

 


By creating the place where people could enjoy to see, to listen and to taste, the night became special for the audience.
