故郷の九州でシリーズファイナルを迎える、田代敏朗巡回展”NEW LANGUAGE, NEW COMMUNICATION”
3月 東京代官山AL、4月 大阪digmeout ART&DINERにて開催されてきた田代敏朗（たしろ としあき）巡回展「NEW LANGUAGE, NEW COMMUNICATION」が福岡TAG STÅでついにシリーズファイナルを迎えます。2014年秋、福岡で名菓ひよこ誕生100周年を記念した新ブランドのコラボレーションに抜擢された田代敏朗が再び九州へ凱旋。各地を目にしパワーアップした彼の作品は必見です。
本展示は、田代敏朗が作品として生み出した26文字のアルファベットを使用し様々な言葉や文章を組み上げたポスター作品を展示、販売致します。福岡では新作も登場！ポップアートとタイポグラフィの交差、彼が生む「新言語」の数々をお楽しみに。
尚、巡回展に先駆けまして7月2日（土）18時からは、HMV&BOOKS HAKATAにて
「田代敏朗トークショー&サイン会」を開催致します。

田代敏朗
1980年佐賀生まれ。佐賀県展洋画の部において史上最年少16歳で主席（県知事賞、山口亮一賞）受賞を皮切りに、数々のアワードにおいて受賞。上野の森美術館大賞展(2010)、トーキョーワンダーウォール(2011)、トーキョーワンダーシード (2012)。主な展示に六本木ヒルズ森アーツセンター「Artist by artist」(2003)、京都建仁寺「現世美術館展」(2006, 2008) 等。2014 年秋ひよ子新ブランドでのコラボレーションに抜擢、注目を浴びる。WOOLY ARTS所属。7月4日より福岡TAG STÅにて巡回展を開催。
“NEW LANGUAGE, NEW COMMUNICATION,” Toshiaki Tashiro’s exhibition come to the end of the series at his hometown, Kyushu.
“NEW LANGUAGE, NEW COMMUNICATION” of Toshiaki Tashiro’s exhibition at TAG STÅ will be the final distinction. This exhibition was first held at AL gallery of Tokyo in March, and at digmeout ART&DINER in Osaka in April 2016.In fall of 2014, Toshiaki Tashiro collaborated with Hiyoko Sweets for the designing a new product to celebrate their 100 years anniversary. Now, he comes back to Kyushu again in July of 2016.You cannot miss his exhibition because his artwork got power up to next level since few years ago.
In this exhibition, you can check Toshiaki Tashiro’s 26 characters of alphabet design, and it will be on sale as a poster!The new work also comes up in this exhibition. Please enjoy the mixture of Pop Art and Typography, the New Language created by Toshiaki Tashiro.

TOSHIAKI TASHIRO
Born in 1980 in Saga. Currently Living in Yamanashi.
He received the first prize at the Governors award as well as the Ryoichi Yamaguchi award in western-style painting category of Saga prefectural exhibition at the age of sixteen. Followed by its sensational award, he received aye I Royal Museum Grand Prize Exhibition (2010), Tokyo Wonder Wall (2011), Tokyo Wonder Seed (2012). The main recent exhibition were Roppongi Hills Mori Arts Center in the exhibition “Artist by artist” (2003), Kenninji Kyoto “This World MuseumExhibition” (2006, 2008), and more. Most recently he collaborated with Hiyoko Sweets for the design of their new fall product managed by Wooly Arts.
